Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelthaus PC and Shughart Thomson & Kilroy, P.C. merged to become Polsinelli Shughart PC on February 1, 2009. The firms have not only grown in size, but in talent, experience and geographic reach. This merger combines the strengths of two great law firms with a broad range of legal experience and a wide geographic reach, to form one vision that focuses on exceptional results and impeccable service to our clients.
PRO BONO
Polsinelli Shughart PC is strongly committed to providing legal services to those who are unable to afford them.
Our firm encourages both its shareholders and associates to provide direct legal services to individuals on a pro bono basis. To ensure that pro bono clients receive the same high standard of legal services as paying clients, Polsinelli Shughart employs two full-time pro bono attorneys. These attorneys are available to advise firm attorneys in unfamiliar areas of the law and to offer direct services to indigent clients, specifically in the areas of child abuse and neglect, domestic and criminal law.
